Who
We Are
is best expressed in an article called The Roots
of Madre Grande. It
was published in the periodical of The Paracelsian Order, The
Philosopher's
Stone, in the Summer and Autumn of 1991. The journal was
published in paper
from the Spring of 1991 through Autumn 1992, a total of five editions.
The
articles and sections from those five editions will be found throughout
these
web pages. You may also go to Literature - The Philosopher's Stone,
where you
will find a directory to all those sections and articles. They are all
republished on these web pages.

Why
We Are
is, of course, a complex issue. The various reasons we can give for why
are
spread throughout these pages. All of them together express what we do
and, perhaps,
will give an idea of why we do it as well. Our guiding principles
derive from theo
sophia, so we presented our theosophical why in an article,
"The
Paracelsian Order"
published in Theosophical
History: A Quarterly Journal of Research, Vol. 3, No. 6,
April 1991,
160-166.

Madre
Grande Library is a dream still to be fulfilled.
An article expressing our plans was published in The
Philosopher's Stone,
"Madre
Grande Library".
This article and one on Dr. Eugene Ray of San Diego State University
who
designed our building is linked here. The article was published with
much art
work, which will be linked soon.
